Weather policy? Refund Policy?
Event will go on rain or shine! Though we love our city of Charlotte, we aren't really *known* for having accurate weather forecasts - so don't let the forecast scare you! We hope for sun but if not, we'll dance in the rain! For safety:
-We have a small indoor spot to put your belongings you don't prefer to get wet.
-We'll have canopies set up outside to help if it rains hard.
-If there is lightning, we have a small indoor area for safety. Storms usually don't last long
Refunds can be issued up until 48 hours before event start time. Email us for refund questions at admin@cyna.info

How do I know the areas I can be Nude?
The areas you must be clothed will be marked with red tape and ribbon. Be sure you are appropriately clothed in these areas (i.e. not just your undergarments). These designated areas are to keep the property owners safe to host a private event for us as well as your own safety. Please respect the boundaries to keep a safe event.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely no photo or videos allowed! Even if you think you are in a private area, no photos. If we see photos are being taken, that is grounds for removal.
We recommend you use this time to unplug for the day – turn your phone off, leave it in your bag, and enjoy being present in nature.
What if I want to stay after the event end time, but I don’t want to camp?
This is not an option. The event officially ends at 10pm - you must be off the property as parking gates will close at that time. Camping is being offered as option for those traveling. If you want to stay the night, you must purchase camping ticket.
There is 1 airbnb on property to rent out. This is first come first serve. Contact CYNA if you are interested in this
This is my first event, I’m Nervous.
First off, we are glad you are even thinking about coming to the event! Props to you for taking the first (sometimes scary) steps to trying something new. Being nervous is perfectly normal for newcomers – just remember, we’ve all been there!
Though the majority of attendees will be fully nude, this is a clothing optional event so there is no pressure to undress more than you feel comfortable with. We generally hear that after the first few minutes of an event, the nerves go away and it feels quite natural! Whatever your process is, do what feels best for your body – we are here as a community to support you.
Our events are Queer and Trans friendly. We aim to make a safe environment for ALL people.
Keep yourself safe! If you feel unsafe at any moment, first remove yourself from the situation. Second, find an organizer to discreetly and quickly address the problem.
Make everyone feel safe! No staring, NO sexual advances / touches, No commenting on bodies.
Please read through CYNA guidelines for additional information.
You are welcome to reach out to us and meet the event organizer beforehand. We can address specific questions you may have or have at least one familiar face when you come to the event.
Remember to bring a towel to sit on! It is required to sit on your own personal towel at any event no matter the surface you are sitting.
What does Clothing Optional really mean?
It means exactly as it sounds – optional! Taking on or off garments is a completely personal choice. Dress up or down to what feels best for you…but we will admit, being fully nude is our favorite way to be!

What is CYNA age policy for this event?
This is a CYNA official event, meaning our age limitations are upheld. Ticket purchasers must be between the ages of 18-45. They are able to purchase an additional ticket for a family member or plus one that is over the age limit.
As a reminder, we focus our events on Younger Naturists as this is the group that is underrepresented in our overall community. We aim to make younger people feel safe and welcomed into this new world by having events run by young people designed for young people. Though we believe and love how everyone is ‘young at heart’ 😊 , we ask you please respect the guideline above.
