Enjoy an hour of Deep Stretch Yoga led by Rey. This session is designed to peaceful restoration and connection with your breath. Open to all levels (complete beginners to seasoned Yogis) and all ages (18+).
Bring a yoga matt (or towel), water, and any additional yoga supplies you need.
