Naked T-Group!

What is T-Group? 🤷

T-Group is a practice of playing with the world around you in a way that focuses on present moment experience. It challenges its participants to engage with direct sensation and emotion. Using the format of T-Group (which we teach at the workshop), the group aims to wake us up to the arisings of our inner and outer worlds. It is both introspective and expressive. Come share the joys, the pains, the laughter, and the infinitely fascinating world of The Right Now, together.

Is it a party? Should I bring booze? 🍾

T-Group can be a riot and often contains a wide range of emotions based on what energy people bring that day. While we fully encourage you to play full out, we ask that you do so without the use of party-favors like cannabis or alcohol.

Why naked? 🤔

Many of us find that removing the physical barriers that separate us (aka our clothes) fosters openness and connection. You may be surprised at how impactful nudity can be.

Is nudity mandatory? 📝

No, though it is highly encouraged. You may also choose to start clothed and gradually disrobe, or find a level of partial nudity which challenges you. The more vulnerable you are with it, the more you’ll receive.

Can I bring a friend? 👫

Yes! Please select only people who will respect others’ physical boundaries. Notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring a friend. In general, T-Group is best suited for adults.

Will there be pictures/video? 📷

No. Please keep your phones off and set aside for the duration of the event.

What should I bring? 🎒

An open mind. Also a cushion or backjack to sit on and a small towel to put beneath your bum (you may sit on your shirt). Optionally, your favorite mug for tea in between sessions.
