What to expect
Join us for an evening of Nude Ecstatic Dance Under the Stars! We’ll move and dance to the rhythm of the music and have some social time at the end. Feel free to bring a beverage or snacks to enjoy after the dancing.
What is Ecstatic Dancing? A free-form, meditative dance practice that involves moving freely to music without judgment or specific steps. The goal is to release oneself to the rhythm and allow the music to take you on an inner journey. Overall, it’s a time to move your body and be silly! No dance experience needed.
