Enjoy an hour of Guided Nude Yoga followed by Social Hour at a new Location in Plaza Midwood! This session is designed to relax the mind and connect with your body. Open to all levels (complete beginners to seasoned Yogis) and all ages (18+).

Tickets are $15. Bring a yoga matt, towel, and water.
