Indoor Deep Stretch Yoga Join us for an hour of Deep Stretch Yoga led by Rey. We will be guided through a variety of yoga poses held for a few minutes, ending with a sound bath. This practice is a time to release, relax, and renew. No yoga experience necessary, open to all.
