Ecstatic Dance | Dec 14th

Join us for an evening of Nude Ecstatic Dance – Party Edition! We’ll move and dance to the rhythm of the music, under a Production Studio Light set up. We’ll cool down with Tea and social time. Feel free to bring a beverage or snacks to enjoy after the dancing.

What is Ecstatic Dancing? A free-form, meditative dance practice that involves moving freely to music without judgment or specific steps. The goal is to release oneself to the rhythm and allow the music to take you on an inner journey. Overall, it’s a time to move your body and be silly! No dance experience needed.

Additional Instructions:

There are parking spots in the front and back of the building. Additional street parking a few blocks away. Enter the front of the building through the Green Door.

Bring a towel to sit on and water to stay hydrated. Dancing is on concrete so can wear shoes or socks if needed.
