Foundational Yoga [CLT]

The Foundational Yoga Class is a curated space to learn, experiment, and play! This class is designed for beginners that have never done yoga to seasoned yogi’s that want to expand and deepen their practice.

The instructor will take us through a few key poses to discuss proper alignment, modifications for your individual body, and answer any questions on what you are feeling. We’ll put what we learned to practice by running through some flows during class.

After class wraps up, put on your clothes and grab a drink at the bar (NA options available). Hang out as late as you want!
