Naked Nirvana-Deep Stretch [CLT]

This is a Co-Ed Nude Deep Stretch yoga that ends with a short Sound Bath. The class size is limited to the first 14 people. Open to all levels and all ages (18+). Bring a yoga matt, towel, water, and a willingness to move!

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellation 2 hours or more before the class start time - you will be refunded or can apply the credit toward a future class. Email 1topknotyogi@gmail.com for questions.

Cancellation less than 2 hours before class or a No Show - no refund will be issues.
