Enjoy an hour of Slow Flow Yoga led by Rey. This session is designed to relax the mind and connect with your body. Open to all levels (complete beginners to seasoned Yogis) and all ages (18+).
Bring a yoga matt (or towel), water, and any additional yoga supplies you need.
