David (AKA Snacks) will demo Thai bodywork techniques: accessible stuff. Little things that feel nice and would be easy to slip into daily life.

What to expect
The intro will include discussion about giving and receiving care to include agreeing on the tone of the touch for the practice, along with any other specifics that people need to receive what they want and give only what they are willing.
We'll swap back and forth in our pairs, with an option to make new pairs after each person has given and received that round. There's no need to come with a partner, and still you can if you'd like!
